The Space

The Caseconti cottage is a 240 square metre building with an exhibition of works of art among its rooms.

The entire structure has four beds. There are three bedrooms. There is the possibility of adding an armchair bed.

The cottage, dating back to the early 19th century, is completely made of stone. It consists of a ground floor with a study, a large living room, a bathroom, a hallway and a porch, and a first floor that includes a dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with a panoramic view.

The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with linen, hairdryers and bathroom soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (oven, glass-ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, crockery).

From the windows you can enjoy the view of the Oasis, the Tiber River Park and the beginning of the inlets leading to the Forello Gorge.

TV and Wi-Fi are not provided.

As a welcome gift, you will receive a basket of mineral water with six glass bottles (once consumed, place them empty in the basket, we will then return the empty bottles at the end of your stay).

You will also find coffee and tea.

The Casolare is cleaned and sanitised with non-chemical products before each booking.

Pets are not allowed in the WWF Oasis, and therefore also in the cottage, for scientific reasons and to avoid creating conflict with the wildlife.

The property is immersed in nature, yet well connected to the main towns.
Todi is 8 kilometres away. The nearest supermarket is 13 minutes away by car.
