OASIS THE MALCONTENTA AND THE WOLF

"La Malcontenta e il Lupo" makes the conservation of the environment and scientific research its main missions.

Respect
for the ecosystems in which the Oasis is located encourages the presence of wildlife and the quality of
organic products grown on the estate.
Guests of “La Malcontenta e il Lupo” can stay in stone cottages dating back to the
early 1800s, immersed in a protected area, today a WWF Oasis.

Since 2023 the area has been a WWF Oasis.

The natural area, now a WWF-affiliated Oasis, is a protected zone that includes several habitats of naturalistic value. It features highly diverse environments rich in biodiversity: typical wetland areas, naturally evolving forests, phenomena of climatic inversion, and ecosystems that host flora and fauna of considerable interest, including an abundant presence of wild orchids.
